However, rest assured, 10EightEyewear is a legit and honest company. On the surface, we operate just like any other business: we design and sell a product (sunglasses), and then we have operating costs (inventory, payroll, marketing costs, etc.) that must be paid to ensure we stay in business.
The difference is what we do after we pay our bills.
Once our expenses are covered, all net profits are then directed into The Sunshine Fund, which is a fund we use to support local communities through real-world acts of kindness. Whenever possible, we share these 'acts of kindness' publicly so you can see the impact for yourself.
There’s no fine print, no obligation to participate, and no pressure to buy. If our sunglasses aren’t for you, that’s okay—we’re still glad you’re here.
We’re not perfect, and we’re not claiming to save the world. We’re just trying to build a good business that does some good along the way.

How Long Does Processing And Shipping Take For My Order?
Rest assured, we're working our tails off to get your shades out the door as soon as possible! Shipping and processing times are normally as follows:
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 11 AM EST (for any shipping method) ship out the same day, unless otherwise noted. Orders placed after 11 AM EST ship the next business day.
Delivery Estimates:
Standard Shipping (USPS): 2–4 business days
Express (FedEx 2-Day): 1–2 business days
Weekend Deliveries: No deliveries on Saturday or Sunday
PO Boxes: FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes.

How Much Money Is Actually Used To Help People, Businesses, And Communities?
We like to think our model is intentionally simple.
Essentially, we sell sunglasses and we operate the business pretty much just the same as any other business. This means we have costs and bills such as inventory, payroll, marketing, taxes, and a host of other day-to-day operations.
However, what makes 10EightEyewear different is what happens after we pay our required operating costs.
After these costs are covered, 100% of the remaining net profits are directed into The Sunshine Fund, where they’re used to support people, small businesses, and local communities through acts of kindness.
The exact amount varies based on operating costs, but on average roughly $8–$11 per pair goes to spreading sunshine.
It’s a straightforward approach that turns a normal purchase into something that can genuinely brighten someone’s day.

If you’re in the continental United States, return shipping is on us.
